If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

As Bucks Brothers Gin is a consumable product, we do not accept returns, therefore all sales are considered final. 

However, if your product has been damaged in transit, then you can submit a request for a replacement product through contacting info@bucksbrothers.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. 

Within this email you will need to include:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of damage (photographs)
Once we receive your request, we will review and notify you of next steps.
Please note that Bucks Brothers Gin LTD reserve the right to reject any requests if we believe the request to be fraudulent.
